From children to seniors, people pack shoebox gifts each year to bless children in need around the world.
Azalea Community Church is the Drop-Off Location for Operation Christmas Child for the areas of Azalea, Glendale, and Wolf Creek. Having the Drop-Off Location here means boxes do not have to be taken to Roseburg or Grants Pass to be turned in. It is time to fill our GO (Gospel Opportunity) boxes and get them ready to send around the world to children who have never had a Christmas gift. A gospel tract is put in each box at the processing centers. The great part of that is that each box can touch up to 20 lives for Jesus. Operation Christmas Child is part of Samaritans Purse, which is run by Franklin Graham. You may go to www.samaritanspurse.org/OCC to read exciting stories and watch videos, etc.
